Clyde Hill House
This was speculative home built by a young developer. The foundation from the previous home was reused allowing minimal disruption to land. All but one tree was preserved on this heavily wooded site. The design has a strong connection between the common living spaces and the back yard and view. The home was completed and purchased in early 2018.
