Greenlake House
Our client came to us after purchasing this house in 2016. He asked us to remove the existing roof, which contained a constricted living area, in order to accommodate more space. Facing a tight budget we suggested keeping the roof, along with the existing exterior envelope, intact. It had never been modified since the 1920’s and the proportions were lovely. With some clever space planning we were able to fit all the space needs of the our client into the existing structure, saving him money.
