Juanita House
This is a new home built on a vacant subdivided piece of property in the suburbs of Seattle. It was three years in the making after solving complicated land use issues. This home was designed to take complete advantage of the hillside upon which it sits, opening up to the fabulous views and prevailing breezes. Built in 2008. Photos: Miguel Edwards
