Leschi House
An extraordinary view property above the center of Leschi, with views of Lake Washington and Mt. Rainier. There are beautiful trees that surround the property allowing dapple light into the structure. There was an existing home on the property that was outdated and not large enough for the family. We elected to re-use the foundation and built two stories upon it. The design was centered around a double height space and a feature stair, which set up opportunities for the glass artist to add her sparkle!
