Ravenna Feasibility
Allied8 was approached by a property owner who owned an existing triplex in Ravenna. He became interested in Microhousing in it’s early days in Seattle and hired Allied8 to do a feasibility study. Since Microhousing was new to Seattle at the time Microhousing zoning code was in perpetual flux. The project was in an ideal location for this housing typology, adjacent to a community P-Patch and south facing so that most units had views and access to ample daylight and ventilation.
