Maple Leaf Remodel
This historic landmarked home was originally designed and occupied by James Chiarelli, a reputed PNW modernist in the 40’s and 50’s. Our client purchased it in 2013 and being stewards of the mid-century modern style, hired us to update the home. At that time we reconfigured some of the bedroom and bath spaces and refurbished/updated all the finishes. Our client hired us a second time to add a partial second story to the house to accommodate their growing family.
